We offer a 1 or 3-month coaching program that covers the A -Z of running a successful Bed & Breakfast, Guest House or Inn that actually generates income. What Does It Entail?

1-MONTH PROGRAM: 

The 1-month program is ideally for the experienced Guest House owner who wants to learn the new tricks of the trade, get updated with new methods and upskill.

We cover the basics of running a B&B in the competitive  21st Century from Marketing your B&B effectively, Using the OTA’s to your advantage, effective Social Media marketing, Maintaining a good online reputation and working towards increasing repeat business. We will teach you to implement the Billboard Effect in your everyday Marketing.

In this program we will be looking at your current service offering, your current Occupancy vs the previous year and what you did to achieve this. Once we have established these, we will work out a strategy best suited for you and guide you to implement these within the 1-month coaching period. Consulting will be done via Skype, Zoom or in person if in our direct service area.

3-MONTH PROGRAM: 

The 3-month Coaching program is designed for the new B&B owner who just started out or the established owner who wants in-depth coaching on how to run a successful B&B business without looking back.

In this program we cover the A – Z’s of running a B&B in the Competitive 21st Century, nl. Adapting to the ever changing online world, marketing your B&B effectively, finding out who your ideal guest niche is, understanding the OTA’s and how it can work for you to actually generate more direct bookings, Nightsbridge and how to use your booking system effectively, the importance of Social Media marketing, maintaining a winning website and how to turn lookers into bookers using the Billboard Effect, understanding the guest journey, maintaining a stellar online reputation, building relationships with your guests and staff and how to make sure your guests come back over and over again.

Once you have decided to go with this program, we will be looking at and evaluating your current service offering and do a marketing evaluation to determine where you feature and IF you feature. From here, we will work directly with you and your management team  to help you understand your B&B business and guide you towards running your B&B confidently, effectively and succesfully.

Once you have completed the coaching program, you have the choice to either take what you have learned and implement the strategies in your B&B or you can make use of our marketing services so that you can focus on other departments within your B&B.
