How do I exchange my voucher?
You can exchange a valid voucher for an alternative experience listed on our website. Should you select a more expensive experience, you will need to pay any difference in price.
In order to exchange your experience voucher please contact us at Info@HospitalityVouchers.co.za. Your voucher will be converted into a value voucher to the amount of the original experience voucher. You will then be able to purchase a new experience of your choice off our website with the value voucher – just fill in your voucher code at check out.
The new experience that you select will keep the same expiry date as your original voucher.
Please note that a voucher cannot be exchanged if you have already made a booking with one of our experience providers and cannot be refunded once exchanged.
